The successful candidate will act as a catalyst towards adoption of sustainable energy products. You will own the customer digital experience and foster a culture of brand ambassadorship for all retail stores by building consistent, and scalable digital experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with Product Manager and Engineering Lead to determine requirements, resolve problems
  • Create universal/isomorphic, single page apps using front-end JavaScript Frameworks, such as ReactJS
  • Contributing unit tests for the code you write
  • Using JavaScript frameworks, you’ll develop reusable components that can be leveraged across all our web apps
  • Create and extend backend functionality using JavaScript, TypeScript and PHP
  • Design, write, test, and document applications while identifying solutions to complex problems
  • Implement continuous integration, regression and deployment, while maintaining the existing system and codebase
  • Maintain high quality by participating in code reviews
What You’ll Bring
  • Several years of experience in web application design and development
  • Having worked in design, development and testing of web software applications
  • Experience with
  • version control preferentially GIT
  • HTML and semantic markup
  • CSS responsive design
  • ReactJS
  • Express, TypeScript, GraphQL, Splunk, Grafana, Kafka, Redis Queue
  • Databases such as MySQL, NoSQL
  • >=PHP7.3
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Linux/Unix environments
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript/ES6+
  • In-depth knowledge of web fundamentals (HTTP, HTML, REST, JSON)
  • API development with emphasis on REST API's
